Una sucursal antes de esa nos envió con ellos, y la trabajadora de GERSA TELEBODEGA nos regañó porque su compañera "siempre se equivoca y le manda a la gente ahí", además de que, al no quedar claras las instrucciones le preguntamos, y nos interrumpió diciendo: "A ver, escuche, escuche". Nosotros no sabemos, ni nos importa, cuántas sucursales tienen y no nos tenemos la culpa de que su compañera se equivoque. No tienen lo que se necesita en inventario, en actitud, ni en cumplimiento de protocolos. Fue una PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, además de que ni si quiera controlan el acceso por protocolos COVID, ni toman temperatura.
