La atención fue buena, pero la señorita que me atendió no parecía saber mucho acerca de los productos que le pregunté (calentadores) parecía solo mencionarme lo que tenían las características pero no supo asesorarme, finalmente percibí que quería convencerme de comprar el tipo y modelo más costoso. Insisto que fue amable pero no tenía los conocimientos para recomendar o ayudar en la toma de decisión. Al final no compré con ellos. El lugar se veía limpio, con medidas de sanidad y no estaba saturado, aunque algunos colaboradores no traían cubrebocas. Hay estacionamiento y es amplio.
 It is wide, I thought there was a good assortment and specific sections for each area. The attention was good, but the lady who attended me did not seem to know much about the products I asked her (heaters), she seemed to only mention what they had the characteristics but she did not know how to advise me, finally I realized that she wanted to convince me to buy the most type and model expensive. I insist that he was friendly but did not have the knowledge to recommend or help in making a decision. In the end I did not buy with them. The place looked clean, with sanitation measures and was not saturated, although some collaborators did not bring face masks. There is parking and it is ample.

Exhiben material con el que no cuentan, reciben tu pago, "hacen el pedido", te fijan una fecha, la cual NO cumplen... después te prometen OTRA fecha, la cual TAMPOCO cumplen y cuando quieres tu rembolso... TAMPOCO te hacen caso.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO, no les recomiendo comprar ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena exhibición de productos pero de 4 que seleccione solo había 1, pagué y esperé a que me lo entregarán y estaba defectuoso. Tuve que ir hasta la tienda de Adolfo López Mateos y después de andar investigando en cual de 4 que hay en esa calle, finalmente dí con la que la tenía. Tienen mucho que mejorar en su servicio.
Good product display but out of 4 that I selected there was only 1, I paid and waited for it to be delivered and it was faulty. I had to go to Adolfo López Mateos' store and after investigating which of 4 there is on that street, I finally found the one that had it. They have a lot to improve in their service.

A mi experiencia recomiendo el lugar.
