Entregan algo que no y al solicitar cambio lo niegan ya que, según son sus políticas aunque ellos te están entregando equivocado, es el cliente quién lo paga
The staff at the beginning are very friendly but once you order and pay they change their attitude.
They deliver something that they don't and when requesting change they deny it because, according to their policies, although they are delivering you wrong, it is the customer who pays for it.
