★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, tuve que desplazarme a las 2 sucursales, y después nos hicieron esperar a mi y a mi novia al menos 4 horas, intentaban atender a varias pacientes al mismo tiempo, no lo recomiendo para nada
Bad experience, I had to go to the 2 branches, and then they made me and my girlfriend wait at least 4 hours, they tried to treat several patients at the same time, I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. !! He recibido sesiones de tratamiento de Láser llamado Mona Lisa y con ello he logrado evitar síntomas y complicaciones propias de la incontinencia y de la resequedad generado por la edad y por los tratamientos de quimioterapia,radioterapia y hormonoterapia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable 4 horas en espera y medio atención ,todo el staff es incompetente ,quieren atender a 20 personas al mismo tiempo en un espacio super pequeño, poco ético e indolente por parte de la doctora Elsa Diaz tanto tiempo de espera, no resolvió ninguna duda, querían condicionar la entrega de mis estudios con otra consulta, apesar que los había pagado ,me dijeron que los entregarían al día siguiente al acudir a las instalaciones no laboraban ese día, el costo total de consulta son 1,200 y de análisis sin papanicolao son 1,800 ,la coordinación de su staff de apoyo es pésima más si haces la cita en top doctors tiene dos direcciones y no la ha modificado aún en su página por lo tanto causa mucha confusión! Tuve que ir a otro consultorio ,si vas con pareja también es un trato pésimo jamás regresaría a ese lugar ! Si me entregaron los análisis y genere queja ante conamed ,una falta total de respeto por parte de todo el grupo médico con tal de atender mil mujeres en en espacio tan reducido y pocos médicos en serio es increíble que esta indolencia hacia las mujeres siga ocurriendo en estos tiempos !
Zero recommended 4 hours waiting and half attention, all the staff is incompetent, they want to serve 20 people at the same time in a super small space, unethical and indolent by Dr. Elsa Diaz so much waiting time, she did not solve any doubts , they wanted to condition the delivery of my studies with another consultation, even though I had paid for them, they told me that they would deliver them the next day when they went to the facilities they did not work that day, the total cost of consultation is 1,200 and tests without pap smear are 1,800 , the coordination of its support staff is terrible, more if you make the appointment in top doctors it has two addresses and it has not modified it yet on its page therefore it causes a lot of confusion! I had to go to another office, if you go with a partner it is also a lousy treatment I would never return to that place! If they gave me the analyzes and I generated a complaint before conamed, a total lack of respect on the part of the entire medical group in order to attend to a thousand women in such a small space and few doctors seriously, it is incredible that this indolence towards women continues to occur in this times !
