★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa se ve bien formada y muy claros sus procesos. El primer contacto fue muy bueno y claro pero ya que se te canaliza con otra persona la atención es mala y no se obtienen respuestas ágiles ni claras.
Finalmente no hice el trámite con ellos por la desconfianza en obtener respuestas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice el alta de un vehículo que compré en Kavak que tenía la Baja de placas de Tlaxcala, traté de hacer el trámite por mi cuenta pero los trámites de Semovi son una pesadilla y por cualquier motivo me rechazaban el trámite, por suerte di con esta empresa, al principio tenía algo de desconfianza porque son documentos y datos sensibles los que se comparten pero leí varios comentarios positivos y decidí contactarlos para que me ayudaran con dicho trámite. Lo realizaron en aproximadamente una semana y todo súper bien. Rápido y confiable. La atención por whatsapp fue muy buena. Las placas las entregaron en mi domicilio, no tuve que ir a ningún lado. Gestocar es una empresa muy confiable y para cualquier otro trámite vehicular que necesite sin duda lo haría con ellos.
I registered a vehicle that I bought in Kavak that had the Deregistration of Tlaxcala plates, I tried to do the procedure on my own but the Semovi procedures are a nightmare and for whatever reason they rejected the procedure, luckily I found this company , at first I had some mistrust because it is sensitive documents and data that are shared but I read several positive comments and decided to contact them to help me with this process. They did it in about a week and everything went super well. Fast and reliable. The attention by whatsapp was very good. The plates were delivered to my home, I didn't have to go anywhere. Gestocar is a very reliable company and for any other vehicular procedure that you need, without a doubt, you would do it with them.
