Tuve problemas para hacer una recarga y me apareció un mensaje de un número de gesto pago para Whatsapp y mandé mensajes, responde enseguida una computadora y después un operador me hizo las mismas preguntas una y otra vez y nunca solucionó nada, al final me pidió mi dirección de correo y hasta la fecha no me ha llegado ningún mensaje, le volví a mandar mensajes y ya no contestaron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trabajar con ellos, tardan mas de dos horas en actualizar el saldo desde la pandemia. No tienen soporte para ver el estatus de abonos realizados, ademas nunca contestan por teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper recomendable, son contadísimas las veces que ha ocurrido una falla en su servidor y que la página no abra, y cuando ha ocurrido son un par de minutos lo que esta fuera de línea. Tiene muchísimos servicios para ofrecer en tu negocio, la página es muy sencilla aunque ya le hace falta una renovación. La única queja posible que tengo es que el pago recibo de telcel no lo puedes activar al parecer si telcel no te lo autoriza aunque lo oferte Gestopago.
