★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté sus servicios en junio, tardaron 3.5 semanas en entregarme mis documentos, uno no se había apostillado y me dijeron que sí estaba apostillado. A finales de julio me comuniqué con ellos y efectivamente me dijeron que ese no se había podido apostillar. Ya es septiembre y aún no me han devuelto el cargo por el documento no entregado, no contestan mis correos ni me han enviado la factura.
I hired their services in June, it took 3.5 weeks to deliver my documents, one had not been apostilled and they told me that it was apostilled. At the end of July I contacted them and they actually told me that it had not been possible to apostille. It's already September and they still haven't refunded the charge for the undelivered document, they haven't answered my emails or sent me the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio desde un inicio. Los contacte para un trámite de apostillado; me pidieron foto del documento para ver cuál era el trámite requerido. Cuando recibieron la foto ya no me dieron respuesta. Desconozco el uso que le vayan a dar a la foto.
Bad service from the start. I contacted them for an apostille process; They asked me for a photo of the document to see what the required procedure was. When they received the photo, they no longer gave me an answer. I do not know the use that will be given to the photo.
