★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui al supuesto temazcal que de temazcal no tiene nada es un simple cuarto donde caben solamente 4 personas, te dejan con una olla de agua que uno mismo debe vertir en las piedras calientes y ningún personal vuelve a ir a preguntar si todo está bien. Te dejan la olla calentando el agua con un calentador de agua electrónico el cual también es un peligro ya que su instalación eléctrica no brinda seguridad. Noo recomiendo.
 Terrible service, I went to the supposed temazcal that has nothing like a temazcal, it is a simple room where only 4 people can fit, they leave you with a pot of water that you have to pour yourself on the hot stones and no staff goes back to ask if everything is well. They leave the pot heating the water with an electronic water heater which is also a danger since its electrical installation does not provide security. I do not recommend.

No sé quién les recomendó que dieran atención a cliente.
The place is cheap and the therapists are friendly but the attention of the "managers" is terrible, they are super rude and arrogant.
I don't know who recommended them to give customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando te quieren vender un paquete súper amables, pero ya cuando lo compras, son groseras, no te dan el servicio. Y luego las que son “gerentes” no tienen capacitación al cliente, son groseras y te gritan, un mal empleado puede hacer bajar el nivel del establecimiento.
El láser que manejan no te quita manchas, ni depila, así que si quieren algún tipo de láser, este no es el lugar.
When they want to sell you a super friendly package, but when you buy it, they are rude, they do not give you the service. And then those who are "managers" do not have customer training, they are rude and yell at you, a bad employee can lower the level of the establishment.
The laser they handle does not remove stains or remove hair, so if you want some type of laser, this is not the place.
