★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio no me dieron información y detalles del presupuesto de la reparación nadamás dieron perdida total mi vehículo y la señorita licenciada Carolina N porque nunca dió bien día apeidos mebtrajoncon puras mentiras al final resultó que se equibocaron la información que me daban era de un vehículo igual modelo mismo color y misma marca pero no era el mío pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo la vdd! Desde que llegué para que evaluarán la unidad me dieron desconfianza además de sumar la pésima atención del cliente. Opté por llevar mi automóvil a otro taller, demoraron un mes y medio para conseguir una guía, no quise averiguar cuánto tardarían en ponerla. Recomiendo el taller de Mapfre o el 911, aquí no la vdd muy mal servicio y atención
Terrible service, I do not recommend the vdd! Since I arrived to have the unit evaluated, they gave me mistrust in addition to adding the terrible customer service. I opted to take my car to another workshop, it took them a month and a half to get a guide, I didn't want to find out how long it would take to put it up. I recommend the Mapfre workshop or 911, here you do not have very bad service and attention
