A dining room and 8 chairs were bought in this furniture store, of which 7 out of 8 chairs arrived with manufacturing defects. And the table arrived the same with manufacturing defects. they cleaned their hands saying that it was the fault of the parcel and they only gave a small part of the repairs since literally a chair was missing 5 cm of wood. it had a flying leg. Rude on your part on the other hand, his EMPLOYEE carried out the claim process with his parcel without requesting it, the worst was not responsible for what he started and ended up losing the opportunity to claim the insurance and ended up damaging the process. they wipe their hands saying it was my responsibility, the only problem is that it was their employee who started the process without requesting it. therefore I could no longer open another page. They washed their hands and are not responsible for anything Be very careful with this furniture store, the truth is that they do not even check what they send, I find it incredible that they do not check their merchandise before sending it, who in their right mind sends a chair without 5 cm of wood on one leg? I bought a dining room with them, and the attention was incredible, quality and price go hand in hand, the only thing they send with Beavers and this company is not very professional, there is nothing better than choosing another package is my only recommendation. Check the cost of your guides well when you send them the furniture because they quote online and the cost is not what they really charge you. The furniture store is supposed to be in charge of this and they told me initially that there were 2,500 and when I picked up my chairs there were 4,300, I asked them for help so that they could check it with beavers and they never answered me, I read you dialed n times and I sent them WhatsApp and their answer fell until the next day or when they remembered. The furniture is very nice and everything, but the issue of shipping leaves too much to be desired. My chairs cost 10,000 pesos and I paid almost half just for shipping ??‍♂️

I loved my set of parota tables, the customer service was 10/10, only in times it took a few days, more than expected, but when I saw the pieces, it was worth it. Recommended!
