Compré el 5 de octubre por IG una lámpara de parota y no solo tardo más de un mes en llegar, pero cuando llegó estaba en terrible estado. Me volvieron a enviar a las dos semanas otra y no era ni el color ni la misma tela. TERRIBLE! Dos meses después y aún no obtengo lo que quería.

Buen día me sentí estafada pedo 4 sillas y llegaron todas dañadas y peor aún dos de ellas llegaron con un defecto que la hacía tambalear, les faltaban 3 cm de madera aproximadamente en una de sus patas a cada silla Ellos no responden den y dan trabas para la reparación o peor aún quieren que les pague el envío a su taller para que hagan bien su trabajo. Se compro en esta muebleria un comedor y 8 sillas, de las cuales 7 de 8 sillas llegaron con defectos de fabrica. y la mesa llego igual con defectos de fabrica. se limpiaron las manos diciendo que fue culpa de la paquetería y solo dieron una pequeña parte de las reparaciones ya que literal a una silla le faltaban 5 cm de madera. tenía una pata volando. le dieron la opción de pagar el envio para que ellos pudieran hacer bien su trabajo y posterior pagar el envío de vuelta. Una grosería de su parte por otro lado su EMPLEADA llevó a cabo el proceso de reclamación con su paquetería sin solicitarlo, lo peor no se hizo responsable de lo que inicio y termino perdiendo la oportunidad de reclamar el seguro y terminó perjudicando el proceso. ellos se limpian las manos diciendo que era mi responsabilidad, el único problema es que fue su empleada la que inició el proceso sin solicitarlo. por ende yo ya no podía abrir otro folio. Ellos se lavaron las manos y no se hacen responsables de nada tengan mucho cuidado con esta mueblería la verdad, ya que ni siquiera revisan lo que envían, se me hace increible que no revisen su mercancía antes de enviarla, quien en su sano juicio envía una silla sin 5 cm de madera en una pata? pero bueno. dejo esto para que lo tomen en consideración si son foráneos y van a hacer un pedido

Compre un comedor con ellos, y la atencion estuvo increible, calidad y precio van de la mano, lo unico que envian con Castores y esta empresa es un poco profesional, no hay nada mejor que elegir otra paqueteria es mi unica recomendacion. De ahi en mas sobre GG no tengo ningun comentario negativo.

Estoy muy decepcionado de la mueblería. Al inicio al momento de hacer la compra todo era muy amable y la respuesta bien rápida. Chequen bien el costo de sus guías cuando les manden los muebles pues ellos cotizan por internet y el costo no es lo que en verdad te cobran. La mueblería se supone se encarga de esto y a mi me comentaron inicialmente que eran 2500 y al momento de recoger mis sillas eran 4300, les pedí apoyo para que lo checaran con castores y nunca me respondieron, lees marqué n veces y les mandé WhatsApp y su respuesta caía hasta el siguiente día o cuando se acordaban. Los muebles si muy bonitos y todo pero el tema del envío deja demasiado que desear. Mis sillas costaron 10,000 pesos y pagué casi la mitad solo en envío ??‍♂️

Me encantaron mi set de mesas parota, la atención al cliente fue de 10/10, solo en tiempos tardaron unos dias , mas de lo esperado, pero en el momento de ver las piezas, valió la pena. Recomendado!
