j	julio roldan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en atención a clientes me parece absurdo que te hagan esperar 30 días para que te repongan o reparen el equipo que compraste y que venía con una falla de fábrica de entrada es algo que es su culpa y su problema no revisar la calidad de lo que venden tenga el precio que tenga y la forma en la que te contesta la persona de servicio es de lo peor así como que ni le importa y lo único que sabe decir es marqué el próximo martes haber si llega es ridículo que no tengan un stock para reposiciones en estos casos es un producto que así como abrí tenía la falla además que tan estúpidamente difícil es reparar una bocina que no suena bien de verdad requiere 30 días??? La primera y última vez que compró algo de su marca y recomiendo que no lo hagan. Literal los del centro de servicio no saben ni como poner Windows en una computadora. Mejor abstenerse de esta compañía. F	FELIPE VENEGAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención me repararon mi tablet el personal muy amable el problema radica en su personal de seguridad porque avían extraviado mi idenficasion y les solicite que revisaran sus cámaras y según ellos la revisan el cual nunca fue y apareció un civil vestido de seguridad como jefe de servicio sin mostrar idenficasion haciendo usurpación de funciones y el cual asuguraba que se veía que me habían entregado el cual no es cierto y nunca quiso mostrar la imagen y mintiendo para apoyar a su compañera.
