Me urgía un material y viaje desde lejos para llegar a su local y tajantemente dijeron q no q ni un minuto me podían esperar. Materiales más caros de lo normal. Esta bien pero nada novedoso. Escaso. No volveré jamás. horarios de servicio muy reducidos.
Estaba en camino a la tienda llevaba una hora en tráfico y estaba a 12minutos.llame para avisar q llegaría 2 minutos tarde q si era posible esperarme dos minutos. Dijeron que no. Lo entiendo. Pará mí es tajante y grosero que ni un minuto puedan esperar. Entiendo que hay reglas y horarios. También lamento mi experiencia. Ni hablar. Cada uno habla desde su experiencia. La mía. Fue esa. Y perdieron un cliente frecuente. Q no volvera y no los recomendará
Nothing friendly in person. On the phone apathetic. I asked that they receive me two minutes after they close. I was urgently needed a material and I traveled from afar to get to their place and they flatly said that not a minute could wait for me. More expensive materials than normal. It's fine but nothing new. Little. I will never come back. Very short service hours.
I was on my way to the store for an hour in traffic and I was 12 minutes away. Call to let me know that I would arrive 2 minutes late if it was possible to wait for two minutes. They said no. I get it. Stop me is blunt and rude that not a minute can wait. I understand that there are rules and schedules. I also regret my experience. No way. Everyone talks from their experience. Mine. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El timbre no sirve, tuve que llamar para avisar que estaba afuera y que me abrieran. Nada amables. Te dan lo que pides, punto. Parece que tus preguntas incomodaran. No se interesan en qué proyectos haces, para saber que materiales te pueden servir, o recomendarte algo. Quise que mi hija autista viera de cerca una hada que tenía en exhibición y me la mostraron muy a regañadientes. Deberían de entender que lo que venden es asesoría y la lana es la venta resultado de esa asesoría.
The bell does not work, I had to call to tell that I was outside and that they would open it for me. Not friendly at all. They give you what you ask for, period. It seems that your questions are uncomfortable. They are not interested in what projects you do, to know what materials can serve you, or recommend something. I wanted my autistic daughter to take a closer look at a fairy she had on display and they showed it to me very reluctantly. They should understand that what they sell is advice and the wool is the sale resulting from that advice.
