Pésima experiencia no se hacen responsables por lo que hace su personal de recepción, las cosas "desaparecen". Muchísimo cuidado! Chequen los comentarios que tienen en facebook antes de hacer algun negocio con ellos ya estan quemadisimos, muchas personas tuvieron una experiencia horrible con ellos.

CUIDADO CON LAS COSAS QUE DEJAN EN LA RECEPCIÓN DE LOS EDIFICIOS!!!! Casualmente, desaparecen y en cuanto quieres buscar ayuda, te dicen que ellos no tienen nada que ver. También mucho cuidado al comprar con ellos ya van varias personas que dicen que es la peor experiencia. BE CAREFUL WITH THE THINGS THAT YOU LEAVE IN THE RECEPTION OF THE BUILDINGS!!!! Coincidentally, things disappear and as soon as you want to seek help, they tell you that they had nothing to do with it. Also be very careful when buying with them since several people say that it is the worst experience.

Put a $5000 deposit down on Amira as a “hold.” Decided not to purchase and asked for my deposit back-they kept over $300 in funds!! I AM NOT HAPPY! I will be taking this up the chain of command!!! Very poor business dealings!!!!

Not the most customer centric nor transparent company. Feels like all they are interested is in sales and lie about the utility + defects of many apartments. I would not trust them with a purchase.

I have stayed in GIADA developments specifically Moonlight in Tulum for two months. It was the worst and most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever seen. They charge you for things with no proof in a contract. There was an infestation of ants. There was flooding inside the apartment for three days. The TV in the Internet do not work. The elevator does not work and they’re not planning on fixing it. The laundry Service does not work. They charge you for housekeeping that still leaves food in your house. It took them three days to spray raid not even professional or commercial fumigation in the apartment. The pool was broken the entire time. Save your money they are basically thieves. The location is great. The style of the building looks luxurious. But it’s nothing more than just one big money pit.
