★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En en febrero de este año di un anticipo por unos funkos, pasaron los meses y no supe de alguna actualización de la mercancía. Mandaba mensajes y sólo me daban largas. Llegué a ser tan insistente en los mensajes porque la incertidumbre de recibir o no mis productos me ponía ansiosa. La persona que me contestó los mensajes, me dijo que de tanto mandar mensajes llegué a ser molesta como cliente.
Al final si me entregó el producto, sólo que tienen un pésimo servicio de seguimiento de los pedidos para sus clientes. Es una verdadera lástima.
In February of this year I gave an advance for some funkos, the months passed and I did not know of any update of the merchandise. I was texting and they just kept me off. I became so insistent on messages because the uncertainty of whether or not to receive my products made me anxious. The person who answered the messages told me that from sending so much messages I became annoying as a customer.
In the end, they did deliver the product to me, they just have a lousy order tracking service for their customers. It's a real shame.
