 Excellent service. The best bikes to rent for the entire trip. They even give you a WhatsApp to communicate in case of having any inconvenience during the rental. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable y las bicicletas están bien. La que yo tuve fue de freno de reversa y la llanta de atrás estaba un tanto chueca. Recomiendo hacer el recorrido de la isla en dirección de las manecillas del reloj. Del lado del mar hay unas vistas hermosas.
Very friendly and the bikes are fine. The one I had was a reverse brake and the rear tire was a bit crooked. I recommend doing the tour of the island in a clockwise direction. On the sea side there are beautiful views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find a DIFFERENT bike rental or gift shop, DO NOT STOP HERE, they'll try to rip you off, the managers/workers are very dishonest, this was our only bad experience we had in such a wonderful a island, so I was shocked in how 3 of their employers/owners tried to scam us.
They really deserve 0 stars in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not fill the tires with air when they rented me the bike. It was very hard to pedal when the air is low. I contacted them and they said they would come pump the tires. They never came. I asked for a refund, but they were rude and refused to compensate me. I would not recommend them.

Prices were fair and staff was nice. I recommend.

Sadly the mountain bikes were being fixed, so we had to go for city bikes with a basket, which comes in handy if you carry a bag of course. Bikes are ok for a day trip.
Service was good; there’s a number on the bike in case of any problems.
