Y	Yordy Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pésimo servicio de internet, el día de ayer dejo de funcionar el Módem, lo reporte y me comentaron que el técnico estará visitando nos una semana después, por lo que les pregunté si los 5 días que no tengo servicio se me descontarán de la factura a lo que respondieron que ellos no realiza ningún descuento o compensación por la falla de sus equipos. La verdad el servicio es pésimo apesar que es el paquete de 25 G es muy lento y a cada momento se pierde la señal. Mucho ojo si es que están en sus planes contratarlo. Se llegó a ir la señal en distintas ocasiones hasta por tres días y jamás me solucionaron nada. Si quieren contratar algún servicio, definitivamente no les recomiendo GIGACABLE. ME COBRABAN UNA COSA Y LOS MEGAS ERAN MUCHO MENOS. Terrible service. The internet is super slow, and every day I had to restart it. The signal went off on different occasions for up to three days and they never solved anything for me. If you want to hire a service, I definitely do not recommend GIGACABLE. THEY CHARGED ME A THING AND THE MEGAS WERE MUCH LESS.

Y cada mes la srita de cajas me da una fecha diferente para hacer cancelaciones. Llamo al no telefónico y me pone en espera hasta que se corta la llamada. Hoy por fin contestan. Me dicen que tengo que pagar nuevamente y llamarles a partir del día 1 para que me den cita y cancelar el servicio.....osea que si quiero hacerlo de forma propia y legal tengo que pagar otro mes por un servicio que no utilizo. O dejo de pagar hasta que lo corten pero me envían a buro de crédito.... por favor capaciten a quien da la información en cajas. Se evitarían tantas personas molestas Hello. a	alguien random de internet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a cada rato se va el internet o deja de funcionar y necesita llegar el técnico para solucionar el problema, la atención al cliente apesta te hacen esperar 30 minutos mientras te ponen anuncios de su servicio. Nada recomendado piense mejor en contratar otro servicio. Estoy esperando a que contesten desde hace más de media hora. Tampoco contestan en WhatsApp. Ya había hecho un reporte y sigo esperando que se comuniquen. Si van a contratar, busquen otras opciones.
