★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos quiero cancelar y me dan una fecha para agendar cita y cancelar y el día que se llega la fecha me cambian a otra en total ya son 2 meses y no puedo cancelar su pésimo servicio y ni hablar de atención al cliente tienen a chicas con una actitud horrible.
 Terrible I want to cancel and they give me a date to make an appointment and cancel and the day the date arrives they change me to another in total it is already 2 months and I cannot cancel their terrible service and not to mention customer service they have girls with one horrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraron 2 meses y no tuve servicio de TV reportaba al teléfono acudían los técnicos pero nunca quedó restablecida la señal y después me pedían que hiciera el pago de un cambio de lugar que ni yo solicité ni pedí y así se la llevaron cobrando y nunca restablecieron la señal de cable
They charged me for 2 months and I did not have TV service, I reported the phone to the technicians but the signal was never restored and then they asked me to make the payment for a change of place that neither I requested nor asked for and thus they took it away charging and never restored cable signal

Hoy por la tarde ya no tengo internet de nuevo
Desde entonces marco y nadie contesta
Everything worked fine until last Thursday they left me without internet and then the TV signal reported it and they came until Monday to fix it
Today in the afternoon I no longer have internet again
Since then I dial and nobody answers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hablaron p decirnos q nos iban a cambiar el cableado de las televisiones y fue mentira nos vinieron a poner el internet q no solicitamos con engaños nos trataron como taradas p luego cobrar un servicio q no queriamos
They spoke to us to tell us that they were going to change the wiring of the televisions and it was a lie they came to put the internet on us that we did not ask for with deceit they treated us like morons and then charged for a service that we did not want
