Pésimo servicio,en la madrugada no tienes señal de TV (por fallas del sistema) según ellos, si falla tu internet con una "baja de luz" se desprograma y tardan dos dias en mandar un técnico
Terrible service, at dawn you do not have a TV signal (due to system failures) according to them, if your internet fails with a "low power" it is deprogrammed and it takes two days to send a technician

Pésimo servicio de internet, no te dan los megas que prometen y el servicio llega a tener intemitencias diarias, el soporte técnico dice que te va a visitar y que eso no es normal pero nunca llegan, y si llegan no son para nada puntuales para las horas que dicen y cuando arreglan esos problemas no pasa más de una semana para volver a lo mismo.
Terrible internet service, they do not give you the megabytes that they promise and the service comes to have daily intermittencies, the technical support says that they are going to visit you and that this is not normal but they never arrive, and if they arrive they are not punctual at all. hours they say and when they fix those problems it doesn't take more than a week to get back to the same thing.

Mal servicio y ni hablar de su personal. Una lastima que uno tenga que manifestar el pésimo servicio por estos medios.
Bad service and not to mention their staff. A pity that one has to express the lousy service by these means.

Q hasco la vdd muy pero que muy mal servicio no lo contraten es una basura de internet a parte de caro esta muy feo no se los recomiendo

Ufff... ¿Por donde empezar? me robaron una semana de servicio y no hicieron ningún ajuste ni indemnización; su servicio de atención a cliente, incompetente y sin capacitación, ya ni hablar de su atención al cliente real, terrible caso. Ahora resulta que sin aviso de su parte, dejo de tener señal de internet y al consultar el problema, me dicen que debo ir a cambiar el módem porque deciden cambiar su sistema, mal mal mal. Y #Profeco no hace nada
Phew ... where to start? They stole a week of service from me and did not make any adjustments or compensation; their customer service, incompetent and untrained, let alone their actual customer service, terrible case. Now it turns out that without warning from their part, I stop having internet signal and when they consult the problem, they tell me that I must go to change the modem because they decide to change their system, bad bad bad. And #Profeco does nothing

Internet speed is lower than contract. Support is not very good at resolving issues. I am stuck using them right now due to my contract, but since I am returning to the U.S. soon I didn't want to bother to change to Telmex. Only option I have in my sub is Telmex for high speed internet, but they just put the service in recently, so I didn't have chance to compare. Wanted to get Axtel or Totalplay but couldn't. If Gigacable would provide CONSISTENT and GOOD speeds per the contract I would be happy, but service is unrealiable. In the evening when Internet is busy you can see your speed drop by 80 - 90%.
