★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good to work with experts who actually know their way around the insides of a laptop. Expect patient staff, reasonably high quality work, solid prices, and good ideas about how to tackle sticky issues.
If you don't speak Spanish, the staff will work with you to the best of their ability. They're not fluent in English, but definitely have the basics and are willing to make the effort to communicate what is necessary.
I brought them a gaming laptop I thought was finished, after coffee had been spilled on it. They diagnosed the issue (less serious than I had expected), and got it up and running for less than a quarter of the cost I feared would be necessary for parts alone.
