★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando que es uno de los salones mas caros del sur, el servicio deja mucho que desear, recientemente celebramos el 4rto cumpleaños de mi hijo, los baños no estaban limpios y por mas que les pedi colocar jabón de manos nunca lo hicieron, el pastel lo sirvieron en servilletas por que ya no tenían platos (teniendo un soriana a unos pasos no pudieron ir por platos), la piñata se supone que era de bumble bee y por menos exigente que pudiera ser no encuentro forma ni figura de lo que el salon propuso como piñata (ver foto).
Insisto, aun están muy lejos de ser el mejor salon de Monterrey y eso que he recorrido decenas de ellos y hay unos muy muy buenos a un precio mucho mejor que el suyo.
En general el espacio del salón es bueno, esta razonablemente limpio y la ubicación de la plaza le da un valor agregado, fuera de eso aun tienen mucho que mejorar en su servicio y atención para que vaya acorde al precio.
Considering that it is one of the most expensive salons in the south, the service leaves much to be desired, recently we celebrated my son's 4th birthday, the bathrooms were not clean and even though I asked them to put soap on their hands they never did it, the cake served on napkins because they had no dishes (taking a soriana a few steps could not go for dishes), the piñata was supposed to be bumble bee and as less demanding as it could be I can not find form or figure of what the salon proposed as piñata (see photo).
I insist, they are still very far from being the best salon in Monterrey and that I have traveled dozens of them and there are some very good ones at a much better price than yours.
In general the space of the room is good, it is reasonably clean and the location of the square gives it an added value, apart from that they still have much to improve in their service and attention so that it is commensurate with the price.

Tienen deslizadero, canchita de fut, trampolines y están en muy buen estado
Party room for children. Very good for the location and for the place itself, since it is nice and feels all new. However, I didn't find the service or the food. I never got my piece of cake ❌
