Se hizo una Compra y la vendedora resulta que dice que solo se pidió cotización el cual se pago y ahora se hacen los qué no saben, se va a poner una denuncia tengan cuidado con esta gente RATERA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se realizó una compra de material para muro y sellador la cual se compró en efectivo y se liquidó quedaron de entregar un lunes y no fue así,
entregaron al siguiente día y faltaron los selladores la persona que me entregó me comento que se pondrían en contacto conmigo para ver lo de la entrega faltante a lo cual ni siquiera me hablaron yo me comuniqué y me dijeron que pasara a recogerlos les dije que por eso había pagado el envió y se portaron muy groseros.
A purchase of material for wall and sealant was made which was bought in cash and settled, they were left to deliver on a Monday and it was not.
They delivered the next day and the sealants were missing.The person who gave me told me that they would contact me to see about the missing delivery to which they did not even speak to me, I contacted me and they told me to pick them up I told them that is why I had paid for shipping and they were very rude.

Compre piedrin y fachaleta quedaron de entregar el material dos días después de la compra y lo entregaron 5 días después; argumentando que se les había olvidado. Unos días antes de la entrega volvi a solicitar material y no lo tuvieron listo tampoco. El tipo que me atendió muy molesto me dijo que el no estaba para resolver los problemas de la gente y de su negocio que era ser humano y que se podia equivocar las veces que fueran. Cuando fue él, el que dijo que lo tendría listo todo el día de la entrega. Al final el material que me envio no fue el que yo pague. Por ello no recomiendo que les compren. ¡¡¡NO TIENEN COMPROMISO Y TIENEN UNA MUY MALA ATENCION AL CLIENTE!!!

Buy stone and fachaleta agreed to deliver the material two days after the purchase and delivered it 5 days later; arguing that they had forgotten. A few days before the delivery I requested material again and they did not have it ready either. The guy who attended me very upset told me that he was not there to solve the problems of people and his business that he was a human being and that he could make mistakes as many times as they were. When it was him, the one who said he would have it ready all day of delivery. In the end, the material he sent me was not the one I paid for. That's why I don't recommend buying them. THEY HAVE NO COMMITMENT AND THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
