Despues de un confundido inicio...Ahora me siento super contenta pero sobre todo entusiasmada gracias a Ivan mi entrenador quien me ha orientado muy bien y al cabo de estos meses estoy viendo resultados.
5 dias a la semana por casi 2 horas diarias. Muy buen gym.

After a confused start ... Now I feel super happy but above all excited thanks to Ivan my coach who has guided me very well and after these months I am seeing results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, buena cantidad de aparatos, aunque un poco pequeño, y los vestidores son para hombres y mujeres, por si eres esa chica que podría incomodarse, pero todos son muy respetuosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy cómodo y práctico para ejercitarse a muy buen precio, solo el inconveniente que le veo es que solo tiene una regadera y si vas con prisa y está ocupado hay que esperarse para bañarse!!
It is very comfortable and practical to exercise at a very good price, the only drawback I see is that it only has one shower and if you are in a hurry and it is busy you have to wait to bathe !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien, tiene lo que necesario, pero no le dan nada de mantenimiento a las máquinas, cada vez hay más máquinas con fallas y algunas de las mancuernas flojas, uno tiene que estar apretandolas para que no se vayan a desarmar a media serie.
Okay, it has what it takes, but they do not give any maintenance to the machines, more and more machines are with failures and some of the loose dumbbells, one has to be tightening them so that they are not going to disarm in the middle of the series.
