It is my first time being in a GYM and being honest the instructor as his own owner are the best guiding in the routine for beginners and advanced. Installations and good machines. ??

A good place to exercise, quite affordable prices and very good reception attention, the only thing that could improve would be to renew some exercise equipment that is a bit old. The atmosphere is very nice and motivates you to give it your all.
