★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le di cuatro estrellas tratando ser imparcial, este gimnasio es como entrar y dar un vistas al pasado, donde los gimnasio eran para entrenar de verdad, no para tomarse selfies, carece de un instructor pero el dueño que es el que funge de todo es un buen amigo y muy capacitado, si no cuentas con mucho dinero, en verdad quieres entrenar, no te importa no tener aparatos de última generación, solo para lo que son, lo recomiendo sobre muchos de la zona.
I gave him four stars trying to be impartial, this gym is like entering and giving a view of the past, where the gymnasium was for real training, not for taking selfies, it lacks an instructor but the owner who is the funder of everything is a good friend and very trained, if you do not have much money, you really want to train, do not mind not having last generation equipment, just for what they are, I recommend it to many in the area.

Desde entonces aprendí que es una buena postura, forma, dedicación y todo lo que envuelve el arte de cargar pesas. Lo guarde en mi corazón y hoy después de 22 años y muy lejos de la ciudad de México son considerada una de las mejores instructoras en el lugar en el que vivo, con una forman y técnica que no se ve en muchas mujer.
