★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para entrenar, me gusta mucho, cómodo y con mucha higiene, cuenta con las máquinas necesarias para llevar a cabo un buen entrenamiento y no excederse del límite para sufrir lesiones a largo plazo. Con el mejor entrenador personal y profesional que te guía paso a paso en cómo realizar una correcta y adecuada rutina dependiendo de lo que tú cuerpo requiera, para después con el paso del tiempo ir mejorando en cuanto a la calidad de los ejercicios y disciplina. Te proporciona frases y correos de motivación para que, cuando sientas que ya no puedes o estés en esos momentos bajos de estado de ánimo te tomes un tiempecito y los leas, son de gran ayuda porque te das cuenta de muchas cosas y el saber que no eres la única persona la cual está pasando por esa situación te da ánimos y más fuerzas para regresar a entrenar con muchas más ganas al gym KikeOzTrainer. Y más que nada te ayuda a cumplir con tus metas o expectativas que tienes a fin.

Disciplina,higiene he encontrado en el gimnasio y atención del entrenador y psicóloga. Poco a poco consiguiendo mi meta.
