Lo único a su favor es que el entrenador, Raúl, es un tipazo con muchos años de experiencia en fisicoculturismo. Muy diplomático en sus comentarios para apoyar al usuario en hacer las rutinas de manera óptima.
It has no air conditioning. The devices are from the 80's. There are no ellipticals, no treadmills or whatever requires electricity. Go at your own risk.
The only thing in his favor is that the coach, Raul, is a great guy with many years of experience in bodybuilding. Very diplomatic in his comments to support the user in doing the routines optimally.
