★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para ejercitarse, cuenta con clases de karate (según mi apreciación) área de spinning, caminadoras y una amplia variedad de aparatos para hacer pesas, cuenta con servicio de vestidores, no estoy seguro si tenga duchas, en general es un lugar agradable.
It is a good place to exercise, it has karate classes (in my opinion) spinning area, treadmills and a wide variety of weight training equipment, it has a dressing room service, I am not sure if I have showers, in general it is a place nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gimnasio muy completo, en el segundo piso está el área de pesas, en el primer piso cardio y clases de spinning además de lockers, vestidores y sanitarios con, y en la planta baja bailoterapia.
Los precios de las membresías son muy accesibles, los empleados son amables y las áreas están limpias. Hay estaciones de gel y sanitizante en cada piso.
Sólo cuenta con dos lugares de estacionamiento exclusivo.
It is a very complete gym, on the second floor there is the weight area, on the first floor cardio and spinning classes as well as lockers, dressing rooms and bathrooms with, and on the ground floor dance therapy.
Membership prices are very affordable, employees are friendly, and areas are clean. There are gel and sanitizer stations on each floor.
It only has two exclusive parking spaces.

I went last week because a friend invited me to train with her and I paid for the visit, nothing fancy or anything from another world but they have the necessary equipment to exercise
