★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció muy bien, yo entrenaba desde hace mucho antes de entrar en el gimnasio Karate Do Shito-Ryu, etc. Por ende a pesar de que el gimnasio no sea lo mío, ya llevaba un conocimiento previo. Las instalaciones son muy buenas para entrenar, excelente calidad-precio. Solo hay un problema que si es verdad y he visto mucho en los comentarios, la atención de los entrenadores cuando eres nuevo no es muy buena, no es que sean groseros... Simplemente te puedes llegar a sentir solo por momentos y puede darte un poco de miedo preguntar. Pero una vez agarras confianza todo es perfecto... En mi caso esto que menciono no me afecto ya que como decía tengo conocimiento previo y para mi fue una experiencia excelente. Pero puede ser que para los nuevos, este trato no sea excelente por completo. Sin embargo, como esta es una opinión personal. No queda más que decir EXCELENTE.

The facilities are very good for training, excellent value for money. There is only one problem that if it is true and I have seen a lot in the comments, the attention of the coaches when you are new is not very good, it is not that they are rude ... You can simply get to feel lonely at times and can give you a little scary to ask. But once you gain confidence, everything is perfect ... In my case, what I mention did not affect me since, as I said, I have prior knowledge and for me it was an excellent experience. But it may be that for newcomers, this deal is not entirely great. However, as this is a personal opinion. There is nothing left to say EXCELLENT.

De preferencia ir en horarios no tan concurridos, pues tardas mucho esperando maquinas o buscando espacio.
Very clean and well equipped.
Preferably go at times that are not so busy, as it takes a long time waiting for machines or looking for space.

Recepción muy amable, variedad de aparatos, espacio adecuado. La ubicación es conveniente, instalaciones limpias y cuidadas. La plaza está linda.
Único detalle: Baño de hombres es pequeño. En hora pico puede tocarte hacer fila para bañarte o usar una banquita.
Solo por eso no le dí 5 estrellas pero en realidad me gustó.
Horas pico: 8 am y 7 pm.
Everything's fine.
Very friendly reception, variety of gadgets, adequate space. Location is convenient, facilities clean and well maintained. The square is nice.
Only detail: Men's bathroom is small. During rush hour you may have to stand in line to take a shower or use a bench.
That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but I really liked it.
Peak hours: 8 am and 7 pm.
