Ahora se descompuso la báscula, peeero les di una estrella más porque ya arreglaron los cojines de unos aparatos, y espero que pronto monten las teles nuevas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimnasio con muy buenas instalaciones y con personal amable y capacitado. Se encuentra dentro Chedrahui en una primera planta. En los últimos meses se ha visto comprometido el lugar con la prestación del servicio ya que tienen problemas de electricidad y por lo general es por la tarde.
Los horarios más concurridos son de las 18:00 hrs a las 21:00 hrs.
Gym with very good facilities and with friendly and trained staff. It is located inside Chedrahui on the first floor. In recent months the place has been compromised with the provision of the service since they have electricity problems and it is usually in the afternoon.
The busiest times are from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Desde distintos equipos para hacer cardio, hasta diferentes máquinas con instrucciones gráficas Incluidas de como ocuparlas. Además de contar cada una con un botón para llamar a un instructor para que te ayude a comprender más el ejercicio. Esto sin contar una rutina ya establecida por medio de aplicación y que además las instalaciones cuenten con regaderas y lockers. Una experiencia que por lo menos vale la pena probar.
