Desafortunadamente hay gente muy puerca que piensa que el pago de una tarifa les da derecho a dejar basura ? La mensualidad que se paga es muy atractiva y sí que te dan mucho valor por tu dinero. It's designated areas make it easier to know where to go to depending on your focus and your goal for the muscle you wish to work out with. You have some bars for those of us who like calisthenics, so you can do muscle ups, chin ups, and so in the functional exercises area, along with kettle balls, sacks with weight, balls with handles that you can use for russian twists abs, amongst other varieties, the free weights area with dumbbells, benches, smith bars and presses, the machines area that has been recently rearranged and works perfectly with the space. And of course, the treadmills, ellipticals and such for cardio. Located at the top of the mall, the only way to get there if through the lift, but once you get there, you can set your mind into training mode and work out. My experience there has been enjoyable and I love the closeness. The times are very flexible in the sense that they're open until 11 pm, so you have practically all day to attend whenever you want to.
