★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima opción para comprar seminuevos, me entregaron una camioneta el 21 de abril del 2022 para el 23 de abril la camioneta presentó fallas se le prendió el testigo del check la metí a reparar por medio de la garantía, estuvo una semana y no le repararon nada solo le borraron el testigo el ejecutivo me comentó que ya había quedado reparada me la regresaron el 29 de abril no avanzó ni 2 kilómetros y volvió a fallar, el lunes 2 de Mayo de nuevo la metí a reparación y quedaron de enviarme el diagnóstico al siguiente día en la tarde hasta hoy no me han dicho nada más que darle largas, las ventas son amañadas los autos tienen vicios ocultos el ejecutivo se maneja solo con mentiras o verdades a medias, comprar ahí fue el peor error que pude cometer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi vehículo para revisión debido a que presentaba fallas y prendía el sensor del checo engine, después del diagnóstico correspondiente resultó que entró en garantía e ingreso a reparación el 2 de mayo, le comentaron a mi esposa que se debía pedir una pieza de otro país, y por lo tanto sería tardado, y que en un mes aproximadamente estaría, mañana se cumple y llamo hoy para ver y resultó primero que le pidieron de nuevo datos del vehículo que porque tenían otro vehículo similar, digo para eso están las órdenes que tanto uno como propietario y el personal de agencia deben tener, y después le dijeron que otros 20 días argumentando lo mismo que cuando se ingresó, a mi me hace pensar que cuando llamo mi esposa preguntando no tenían idea de que vehículo, por otra parte me hace desconfiar en el alargamiento del periodo porque cuando pasa eso te llaman para informarte, no te informan hasta que llamas, por tanto me decepciona el servicio que en su momento me recomendaron y esperemos que en 20 días pueda contar con mi unidad o que otracescusa me daran

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente agencia de la marca Ford, sus instalaciones son muy bonitas con un ShowRoom muy atractivo y con excelente iluminación, los Autos lucen espectaculares , la gente que trabaja ahí con la mejor actitud de servicio y te asesoran para adquirirlo por el mejor plan , pregunten por los planes de Conauto, hay opciones con pagos iniciales bajos y hasta sin enganche. Lo que me encanto es su Mustang Lounge … una increíble exhibición de Mustang, si eres fan de estos MuscleCar… vayan a verlos y seguro te querrás tomar una foto !
