★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESTAFA. No hacer ningún tipo de negocio con Indugrumex. Manuel Gonzalez es la persona de contacto. Hice dos pedidos de obleas atraves de el, el primer pedido de prueba fue pequeño y me llego rapidamente. El segundo pedido seguia siendo de prueba ya que la confianza se va ganando de a poco pero fue mas grande que el primero. Antes de hacer el pago le pregunte a Manuel cuando me llegaria el paquete de mis obleas y si me llegaria antes del 8 de Octubre. Me aseguro que llegaria hasta el 8 de Noviembre y hasta antes talves entonces hice el pago completo. GRAVE ERROR. Una semana antes del 8 de Noviembre le empece a preguntar a Manuel por la guia del envio. Responde inmediatamente siempre diciendo "Enseguida te lo mando". No contesta las llamadas pero a tanta insistencia me contesto 1 semana despues de la fecha prometida y que no me habia llegado el paquete ni me habia mandado ningun tipo de comprobante que el paquete salio. En esa llamada me miente que el paquete fue enviado via terrestre y que no tiene control de aduana (cabe recalcar que me cobro el envio carisimo de via aerea pero lo mando por via terrestre). He estado dia tras dia todos los dias escirbiendole y llamandolo, cada vez me promete que a mas tardar el Viernes lo envia. Hoy vuelve a ser Viernes, prometio enviarlo hasta el Jueves (ayer) y ahora ya no contesta. En fin ,evitese una estafa y no le compre nada.
FRAUD. Do not do any type of business with Indugrumex. Manuel Gonzalez is the contact person. I placed two wafer orders through it, the first test order was small and came quickly. The second order was still a test as trust is gaining little by little but it was bigger than the first. Before making the payment, I asked Manuel when the package of my wafers would arrive and if it would arrive before October 8. I make sure that it would arrive until November 8 and even before maybe then I made the full payment. SERIOUS ERROR. A week before November 8, I started asking Manuel for the shipping guide. Respond immediately always saying "I'll send it to you right away." He does not answer the calls but with such insistence he answered me 1 week after the promised date and that the package had not arrived nor had he sent me any kind of proof that the package left. In that call he lies to me that the package was sent by land and that it does not have customs control (it should be noted that I charge the expensive shipping by air but I send it by land). I have been day after day every day writing to him and calling him, each time he promises me that he will send it no later than Friday. Today is Friday again, he promised to send it until Thursday (yesterday) and now he no longer answers. Anyway, avoid a scam and don't buy anything from him.
