Es una práctica común para ellos con todos sus empleados. Bajo su sistema de outsourcing, no cotizan al empleado con el verdadero salario. Por lo que las aportaciones al infonavit, imss y afore son muy bajas.
They give up to 3 contracts for tax evasion. Constant changes of company name. They quote employees with the minimum salary. It is a common practice for them with all of their employees. Under their outsourcing system, they do not quote the employee with the true salary. Therefore, the contributions to infonavit, imss and afore are very low.
