★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No llegue a conocer a la Dra.. espere más de 15 días para una consulta y un día antes me mandan msj para preguntar si me confirmaban o cancelaban mi cita, confirme y a las dos horas me mandan otra vez msj para decir que no me iban a atender porque la Dra tenía cirugía.. Y me vuelven a preguntar si me reagendaban o cancelaban volví a pedir cita.. por algo espere tantos días.. pero es el momento que ni siquiera me reagendan... En fin asi la Dra sea muy buena, necesita un personal más disponible para atender a los pacientes..
I did not get to meet Dr. .. I waited more than 15 days for a consultation and a day before they would send me a message to ask if they confirmed or canceled my appointment, I confirmed and after two hours they would send me another message to say that they would not leave me to attend because Dr. had surgery .. And they ask me again if they re-scheduled or canceled. I made an appointment again .. for something I waited so many days .. but it is the moment that they do not even re-book me ... Anyway, Dr. very good, needs more staff available to take care of patients ..

Me cancelaron una cita un dia antes.
Cuando intenté agendar una cita nuevamente, para que me "agendaran" tardaron 3 días porque me ignoraron los mensajes y a pesar de mi insistencia nunca registraron en la agenda mi cita.
Muy mala administración.
It was highly recommended to me but my experience has not been good.
They canceled an appointment the day before.
When I tried to schedule an appointment again, it took 3 days for them to "schedule" me because they ignored my messages and despite my insistence they never registered my appointment on the agenda.
Very bad management.
