★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, desde que les escribes por whatsapp, llegando a mi cita la doctora Cecilia Ayala (la gine que me tocó a mi) fue la persona más preciosa y me hizo sentir super cómoda desde que cruce la puerta y ni hablar de cómo me trato a la hora de revisarme, me tuvo mucha paciencia y siempre hizo que me sintiera cómoda, terminando la consulta me explico todo y hasta busco imágenes para que yo entendiera de que me hablaba, ese servicio es justo lo que buscaba, execelente!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió la doctora Cecilia, me hizo un chequeo a fondo, aunque quería explicarle a qué iba, además del chequeo pero ella no escucha mucho, habla muy bien pero le falta escuchar y tomarse un momento, cada paciente es diferente y parecía que tenía prisa para atender a la que sigue y así sucesivamente. Las instalaciones son viejas pero eso es lo de menos cuando tu doctora te escucha. Mi motivo de consulta fue resolver dudas acerca de la maternidad y un chequeo general, el chequeo excelente aunque por sus prisas no me preguntó antecedentes hasta que se los platiqué en pleno chequeo. De la maternidad me dijo que que genial que no teníamos hijos jajaja y que había riesgos como en todo y pues Justo a eso íbamos pero no paro de hablar y cuando quise hablar pues se puso a escribir en su compu y ya era el final. La consulta más apresurada de mi vida. Hoy ya me da risa pero ese día salí en shock porque no asimilé la falta de empatía en un tema que para mí es delicado y no me sentí escuchada.

The facilities are old but that's the least of it when your doctor listens to you. My reason for consultation was to resolve doubts about maternity and a general check-up, the check-up was excellent, although due to her haste, she did not ask me for background information until I discussed it with her during the check-up. She told me about motherhood that it was great that we didn't have children hahaha and that there were risks like in everything and that's exactly what we were going for but I didn't stop talking and when I wanted to talk she started writing on her computer and it was the end. The most rushed consultation of my life. Today it makes me laugh but that day I left in shock because I did not assimilate the lack of empathy in a subject that for me is delicate and I did not feel heard.
