★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me encantó el servicio y las instalaciones! Fuí a la sucursal de Coyoacán, y me atendió la dra. Yesenia... Tienen cosas mejorables, como el tiempo de espera para pasar a consulta (mi cita era a las 7pm y pasé hasta 7:40!!), y por otro lado las indicaciones que te dan para llegar al hospital... pero salvo eso, el trato fue excelente, y la dra. me pareció una persona muy bien preparada y profesional, me revisó súper bien. La verdad había estado buscando una buena ginecóloga y anduve en varios lados teniendo malas experiencias, incluso con doctoras que me recomendaron mis amigas... Como a veces internet es nuestra única opción, les dejo mi opinión como referencia. Por lo menos la sucursal Coyoacán, altamente recomendable, vale la pena el precio!

They have things that can be improved, such as the waiting time to go to the consultation (my appointment was at 7pm and I went until 7:40 !!), and on the other hand, the directions they give you to get to the hospital ... but except for that, the treatment was excellent, and the dra. I found him to be a very well prepared and professional person, he reviewed me very well. The truth had been looking for a good gynecologist and I went around several places having bad experiences, even with doctors that my friends recommended to me ... As the internet is sometimes our only option, I leave my opinion as a reference. At least the Coyoacán branch, highly recommended, is worth the price!

Llegamos 15 minutos antes de la cita en el consultorio de Taxqueña (junto al 7-Eleven), estuvimos esperando y resulta que después de la hora de cita, nos dicen que todavía falta otra persona después de que salga la que está en ese momento en consulta, es decir, fácilmente un retraso de al menos una hora. Es una falta de respeto no tomarse el tiempo para avisar por teléfono antes de que uno llegue; nuestro tiempo es tan valioso como el suyo. Obviamente no esperamos más y conseguimos una cita con mejor precio y en mejor lugar (Hospital Ángeles Acoxpa).

We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment in the Taxqueña office (next to the 7-Eleven), we were waiting and it turns out that after the appointment time, they tell us that there is still another person missing after the one who is at that moment in query, that is, easily a delay of at least an hour. It is disrespectful not to take the time to notify by phone before one arrives; Our time is as valuable as yours. Obviously we did not wait any longer and got an appointment with a better price and in a better place (Hospital Ángeles Acoxpa).
