Atendieron mi llamada muy eficiente, al llegar para darme el precio que me habían ofrecido tenía que calificar como exelente, después la cajera súper payasa pero bueno, uno va a lo que va. La doctora súper amable gracias por su atención y por resolver mis dudas, lamentablemente estando ahí uno tiene mil cosas en la cabeza a demás del dolor de tomar el primer medicamento, deje mi ropa en una canastita con mi cel y mi cartera, pase a quirófano no más de 15 min. Pedí anestesia general así que regrese a el cuarto de reposo muy desorientada, me dieron te y un plátano, me vestí y en unos 10 min. Me dieron salida. Camine un pasos a la esquina de la calle y me sente ahí un rato con mi pareja, tomamos un tiempo de diez minutos, después caminamos otras dos calles para ir a una farmacia al llegar a veo que NO está mi cartera, hablo para avisar dicen que dan la notificación y van a buscar, pasan quince min. Vuelvo a marcar para saber si la encontraron y nada. El recepcionista empezó a ser desagradable y cero empático, tenía un vuelo ese mismo día, necesitaba recuperar mis tarjetas e identificaciones, le pido que por favor revive las cámaras que seguro es tan ahí pues no había forma de perderla en otro lugar. De haberla robado alguien hubieran intentado pagar cosas con mis tarjetas pero no. Nada de eso. En este aspecto fueron muy ineficientes, agresivos y cortantes. No sé si tomaron mi cartera de la canasta de la ropa cuando estaba en el quirófano, o pudo caerse en el vestidor, pero jamás la buscaron ni me ayudaron en esto. Volví a mi casa por qué tenía mi pasaporte en mi hotel. Pero es una lastima que se aprovechen de una persona en estás situaciones. PD: cuiden sus pertenencias, es mejor dejarlas con sus acompañantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan a está clínica la verdad es muy mala, tiene una calificación alta es porque te condiciónan, si no para tu próxima cita te saldrá en $900. La verdad investigen bien y no vayan. A mí me atendió la enfermera Sofía y ni sabía lo que hacía y la doctora que me atendió te explica rápido que no entiendes nada.
Y chicas ayudemos a las demás quitando las estrellas para que no las estafen como a nosotras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos citron a las 10am y son las 2pm y siguen sin atendernos. Ya se hizo el pago y y las consultas de seguimiento las quisieron cobrar sin siquiera avisar, lo condicionan por una buena reseña por este medio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal en general fue muy profesional y respetuosa. Cuando pedí precios de los diferentes procedimientos, había una promoción de $3500 con sedación general. Me pareció muy buen precio y realicé cita para ese procedimiento. Sin embargo, a la hora de pasar a mi revisión general antes de realizar mi procedimiento, la Dra, me dijo que llevaba 8 semanas gestantes, y que al tener estas semanas tendría que tomar 2 tabletas de un medicamento, pero el costo de cada tableta era de $2250! Por lo que al final, terminamos pagando $9000 pesos. Pregunte si era muy necesario tomarlas, y me dijeron que por el tiempo que llevaba, era obligatorio. Incluso pregunte si podria cambiar mi método de interrupción por medicamentos, a lo que me dijeron que no, que hasta las 7 semana y media era viable. O sea que no me dejaron más opción que pagar los $9000 o irme, eso si, pagando una consulta de $800. No me parece correcto, que no te anticipen que pueden elevar el costo a tal nivel, y que no te avisen, que a partir de cierta fecha ya requieres esos medicamentos, porque n realidad no son $3500 si no $9000. Afortunadamente pudo reunir la suma mi pareja, pero hay mucha gente que no va preparada para un gasto tan fuerte, y se quedan con la idea de los precios que te mandan al principio.

Fortunately, my partner was able to raise the sum, but there are many people who are not prepared for such a large expense, and they stick with the idea of the prices that they send you at the beginning.
