J	JUAN CARLOS CRISANTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía muy buen concepto de ellos pero el día de hoy fui a comprar como normalmente lo hago Pague una pequeña cuenta de $ 400.00 Pero la pagué con puras monedas de diferentes denominaciones el que estaba en la caja me dijo que me hacían falta 70 pesos ya no lo contó únicamente se concretó a decir que hacía falta Le dije que me regresara el dinero lo conté enfrente de uno de los empleados y el dinero estaba completo el empleado le dijo al de la caja que estaba completo y el de la caja hizo que el empleado lo contratara nuevamente y después que lo contara le pusiera cinta para que le fuera más fácil contar Para eso ya habían pasado casi 40 minutos, cuando el empleado le llevó el dinero aún así le hizo que se los organizará bien para que el los pudiera contar fue cuando le dije no se pasara que tenía mucho tiempo para contar 400 pesos en eso llegó el encargado de establecimiento en vez de disculparse por el tiempo que me habían hecho perder con tono agresivo me dijo que que se me ofrecía le dije lo sucedido y con el mismo tono de agresividad me dijo que que más se me ofrecía y cerró la ventana de la caja dejándome con la palabra en la boca. Donde esta su buen trato que uno como cliente tiene derecho su calidad y calidez que uno se merece Debe de recibir buen trato el que paga desde un peso como el que paga miles de pesos porque de uno como consumidor comen.
