The atmosphere was great! We didn’t make a reservation although it was 9pm. We’re only went for drinks but wanted a lounge table as well. We sat at the bar, The hostess promised he’ll get us the next available table but we’re never to be great from again. The bartender was great. A true mixologist indeed. We will visit again if they have the same quality of mixologist there.

Excellent drinks, good food, good service. They took a taco from my takeout container. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Came with high expectations. But man, did we walk away extremely disappointed. First of all, the music was way too loud. Second, it's extremely expensive for what it is. Only came for the drinks, so can't comment on the food. We asked what's the best drink there and server recommended a drink for us. Big mistake. Server came by with 2 fancy looking glasses, did some stuff with a flame for presentation, whatever. The egregiousness came from the fact that those 2 drinks, which are basically gin tonic with flavored stuff cost almost 900 MXN. That drink is more expensive than drinks here in LA! We had to do a double take. Sure enough they were 450ish MXN for those drinks, which is their most expensive. Regular drinks cost 220 MXN. Oh well, lesson learned. Go somewhere else folks.

I love the cocktails at this bar. The mango mezcal and expresso martinis are exceptional. The hookah is very smooth. Love the vibes and services too.

Honestly not a lot to love here. Went to the Roma Norte location. The inside ambiance was the only part of the experience that was good. And even then, it was just the decorations. The music was unnecessarily loud. Our server was rushed. He was spending a lot of time at the bar smoking hookah instead of actually walking around and asking about the service. We went based on his "highly suggested" drinks, which were not flavorful at all. For a gin focused bar, they really went heavy on tonic water and sugars instead of letting the alcohol tell the story. When the check came, he charged us for a drink we didn't even order, and then when we asked him to change it, he said, "it was already on our table so he can't." Finally the manager came over and rectified the whole situation, but even then it took 2 conversations for him to charge us correctly. In the grand scheme of things, it was our fault about going there as one of the local servers at a different restaurant warned us about the bad drinks, but we went by the thousands of reviews on Google for this location. Wouldn't come back here, wouldn't suggest it to anyone that actually likes cocktail bars.

I’m usually pretty relaxed & understanding when it comes to eating at restaurants, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had eating out somewhere. We booked a table here through OpenTable and paid $90USD/per person for the New Years Eve meal there. When we arrived, they said they had no tables available and tried to seat us at the bar - even though we reserved ahead of time. The place was obviously very packed and extremely understaffed. I blame management for not staffing appropriately on such a busy day. We were seated at 10PM. We did not get our meal until 12AM (2 hours later). A lot of other people were upset and did not get their meal either. When it arrived, the meat was completely raw - see photos - which was a health hazard. I had to ask 7 different people to give us a fork and knife just so we could cut into the raw steaks. I would ask one person, they would nod to give us one, then never come back. I’m pretty sure they ran out of utensils. As other tables got frustrated and left, we even considered using their dirty utensils to eat with because we could not get them. The worst part: they are refusing to taking responsibility and refund our experience. We are stuck paying $270+ USD for three people for this level of service. I highly recommend not going here for any busy days nor booking the prefix option through Open Table. We have contacted their management and Open Table and they will not refund people. On Open Table you will see reviews of many people frustrated with their New Year’s Eve experience. Maybe they’re okay when the restaurant is empty, but seems like the restaurant owners don’t care and are not staffing their restaurant adequately.

Great cocktail bars for anyone visiting Roma neighborhood and who loves a good gin joint. Definitely try their signature Gin Gin cocktail. Do try their food as well. We ordered the beef arugula appetizer which was delicious. Their cardamom ice cream is a must try as well for anyone who has not tried the flavor yet

I love great bars and good cocktails! This place has both! The person is also super friendly and the cocktails are amazing. I can recommend the house cocktail with the surprising name: gin gin :D But a Hugh minus point is the place is not heated. So you definitely need some warm closings.
