La gente que hace los arreglos no tiene idea de lo que hacen con los ajustes, los trajes los entregan sucios, lustroso y arrugados. Para un evento importante no es una opción, no tienen suficientes trajes iguales y en buenas condiciones para todos los chambelanes. El trato del personal terrible, con muy mala actitud, cero empáticos con tus necesidades, prepotentes y sumamente perezosos para dar solución a los problemas a excepción de la señorita Luna que se encuentra encargada pero desafortunadamente no siempre se encuentra en la tienda y es una suerte que esté presente.
