Excelente lugar para vivir muy tranquilo y nada ruidoso no llegan los vendedores ambulantes ni el de la.carniceria ni el de las cremas ni el del agua la basura pasa todos los días así como tienen tiendas de todo tipo cerca el Ruta lo deja en la esquina y pasa cada dos minutos
Amplias áreas infantiles.con múltiples juegos para diversión d los hijos
No existen perros callejeros no menos eshes por todos lados espaciadas de dueños irresponsable tampoco existe basura esparcida o regada en las reas verdes ni en las banquetas
La vigilancia municipal pasa cada cinco minutos
Así como no existe delincuencia ni pandillerismo
La gente es de los más educada y preparada para vivir en este tipo de complejos
Se cuenta con agua todos los días así como los vecinos respetan los tinacos y no los ordeñan como en otros lados
