★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que para muchos poblanos es un lugar muy conocido, sus tortas son sencillas pero muy ricas, las tradicionales tortas "de agua" como les llamamos a este tipo de pan, ademas de ser parte de nuestra tradicion, cuentan con un bar, para los que busquen un lugar donde tomar alguna bebida y compartir con amigos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las tortas son muy caras, todo lo sirven con los dedos, tocan los guisados con los dedos y asi va de guisado en guisado las rajas con los dedos después cobra se limpia con el trapo super sucio los dedos después hace la siguiente torta el señor no usa cubrebocas y no se saca el palillo ni para bostezar,además fuma con el cigarro en la boca hace la torta toca el cigarro vuelve a la torta, el lugar esta sucio mugre por todas partes, son muy groseros prepotentes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not by luck this traditional torta place has been open for ages. The preparations are excellent, and they’re hand made by the owner, who is always there and supervising everything. I specially recommend the octopus torta as well as the huevo con rajas, lomo adobado was great too.
