Giselle’s counselling and therapy was recommended to me through a trusted friend. With her help I was able to work through a difficult period in my life. I gained tremendous insight, felt supported and heard through the whole process. Giselle holds one accountable for their own healing and life choices. That is exactly what I needed with all the tools I still use when days get tough as they inevitably do. Then they get better again because I know how to work through those life challenges. I’ve also recommended her services to many friends and family and they too were deeply grateful for the help. She can meet anyone wherever they are in life’s journey. We’ve had phone calls, text, Zoom, Skype, email. I was in a women’s group where a lady sat in her car on FaceTime just to participate in quiet snd privacy! :) The help is there and Giselle makes it all possible. My biggest fear was staying “stuck”. That’s not possible when you meet this incredible, compassionate, knowledgeable therapist.

I have known Giselle Belanger for over 10 years and went to her for counseling and therapy when I was going through a tough period in my life. I was able to video conference my sessions with her when I traveled so I would not miss an appointment. Whether it was in person or via video conference, Giselle was always able to have the same level of effectiveness. I owe what I am today to Giselle and her therapy.
