Great place, very clean and tidy everything. I went for a polygel nail extension and they turned out just the way I wanted. They charged me 400 and I get a good price for the detailed work they did. I highly recommend. My new trusted place.

The place is very nice but the customer service is terrible, yesterday I finally decided to try it because I am a neighbor and I went for a gel application with a milky white tone, halfway through the application they asked me if I wanted a third layer to which I said that if to better appreciate the tone, the result was super thick and misshapen nails with thicker edges that made the nails look stubborn, I commented on it at the end and asked if it could be filed or something to reduce the thickness a little they told me that not because of the tone, I left very dissatisfied but the truth was that I couldn't take it anymore and asked for space the next day, I told them that I was very sorry but that I hadn't liked the thickness of the nails and what options were there for them to fix it for me because I just put them on for an event and I didn't want to have my nails like that, they told me to remove and apply them again, which I went to and in the end they ended up charging me for everything as if I had wanted to do them again just for fun, I told them no I agreed What seemed to me to be a detail of the application of the gel was clearly that the girl applied too much gel in each layer and not the result of a third one, for what she considered to be a guarantee, even though she explained in the kindest way possible in a situation like this that I disagreed with earned them a cucumber and they charged me for the withdrawal and the application of gel as new without taking into account what I had already paid for a lousy application of gel the day before. I never come back to this place in my life, luckily there are many places in the area with experienced staff and good customer service.
