No es una terraza como lo venden, es la AZOTEA del hotel, sin buena vista y compartiendo bañó, de glamping no tiene nada, ni glamuroso ni campamento. No se recomienda. If you like to sleep on a roof terrace in front of the water tank, the dog and without privacy this place is excellent for that! Cuidan muchísimo su jardín y lo adornan muy bonito, casi cualquier lugar del jardín es bueno para tomar fotos. La cena romántica que ofrecen es una excelente opción: la comida es riquísima y el personal realmente se esmera en que sea "romántica". El día que había programado mi cena llovió, así que nos trasladaron al hotel que tienen (como a 100m) y ahí nos prepararon todo, hasta con una lista de música con baladas románticas. El único detalle negativo (que no es grave) es que el estacionamiento está en el hotel (como a 100m), pero puedes trasladar el auto a la entrada para bajar o cargar las cosas sin problema. Con mucho gusto regresaré cuando no haya pandemia para poder visitar las opciones que ahí mismo te ofrecen (como el paseo en globo y el tour al santuario de las luciérnagas). Excellent service and attention from the staff. The photos shown on the site give a very good idea of the place. They take great care of their garden and decorate it very beautifully, almost any place in the garden is good for taking photos. The romantic dinner they offer is an excellent option: the food is delicious and the staff really tries to make it "romantic". The day I had scheduled my dinner it rained, so they transferred us to the hotel they have (about 100m) and there they prepared everything for us, even with a list of music with romantic ballads. The only negative detail (which is not serious) is that the parking is at the hotel (about 100m), but you can transfer the car to the entrance to get off or load things without problem. I will gladly return when there is no pandemic to visit the options that they offer you right there (such as the balloon ride and the firefly sanctuary tour).

La cabaña cuenta con baNos quedamos en la burbuja privada y la atención del personal no fue nada buena, la tienen apartada y al parecer se olvidan de que estás ahí. Si salíamos teníamos que hablar para que nos fueran a abrir por que no te dan llave del lugar y se trataban mucho en llegar a pesar de que el hotel está a una cuadra. No teníamos agua caliente y cuando llamamos para que fueran a revisar dijeron que irían y jamás llegaron. Cuando queríamos salir de nuevo, vimos que la puerta estaba cerrada con doble chapa y tampoco pudimos salir (creo que es un riesgo por que si hay una emergencia no puedes salir hasta que vayan a abrirte). If we went out we had to talk so that they would open it for us because they do not give you a key to the place and they tried a lot to get there even though the hotel is one block away. We didn't have hot water and when we called to have them check they said they would go and they never came. When we wanted to go out again, we saw that the door was closed with a double sheet and we couldn't get out either (I think it's a risk because if there is an emergency you can't get out until they open it). The care for people who rent the bubble is bad.

Felicitaciones por la crema de cilantro ?, la cápsula super calientita te dejan una Cobija con calentador así que no pasamos nada de frío. La cabaña que acompaña a la cápsula con todo lo necesario para estar super cómoda!! Sin duda regresaremos Beautiful place, dinner was delicious! El servicio no fue tan bueno con excepción de un chavo que nos recibió, él se porto súper bien y muy atento. El restaurante cerró cocina antes de la hora que nos habían dicho, tuvimos que buscar otro lugar para cenar. El día que íbamos de salida no teníamos agua caliente para bañarnos, lo reportamos 2 veces pero nadie fue a revisar, nos cansamos de esperar e iniciamos el check out mejor. Creo que para la opción de l burbuja privada deberían mejorar la experiencia, me deja la sensación de que al estar lejos del hotel principal se olvidan de ti We ask for the private bubble, they take you to a place where there is a cabin and the bubble, the space is super good and if you get cold in the bubble you can go to the cabin. L	Luis Eduardo Espinosa Maya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El glamping esta muy padre, el lugar super tranquilo y privado, la cabaña que te proporcionan es cómoda con todas las amenidades necesarias: cama, baño, tv, wifi, cocineta, afuera tienes sillas para disfrutar el jardín y si puedes llevar un telescopio puedes tener vistas hermosas de la luna. Ahora sobre la burbuja, se tienen varios inconvenientes, llovio y se metió un poco de agua, que la bomba este prendida todo el tiempo llega a ser molesto su ruido y lo mas importante la bomba mete aire a la burbuja por lo que el frío del ambiente lo mete sumado al ruido hace difícil el poder dormir, es como dormir con un A/C muy fresco toda la noche. Eso si, las vistas son impresionantes, para sacar 100s de fotos y siempre te puedes regresar a la cabaña si no puedes dormir. El personal nos brindo un trato excepcional, muy amables y cordiales, son de 10, tanto los de Amate como del Hotel Candelas.
