★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está genial, padres glamping y tienen baño propio. El temazcal muy bien. Te incluye una carga de leña para hacer una fogata frente a tu glamping. Tiene un restaurante donde se come rico. La atención del personal es muy buena.
 The place is great, parents are glamping and they have their own bathroom. The temazcal very well. It includes a load of firewood to make a fire in front of your glamping. It has a restaurant where you eat delicious. The attention of the staff is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está agradable pero a mi ver si pagas un "glamping" tiene que ser mejor que un camping y en el camping escoges que tan separado quieres estar de los demás y aquí escuchas los ruidos de todos los vecinos teniendo el espacio para separar las tiendas que están bonitas pusieron todo pegado.
El precio por persona se me hizo un exceso . El precio se me hace muy elevado más alto que el de un hotel boutique. La experiencia de las luciérnagas super vale la pena . Todo el staff super amable y servicial. La comida muy rica hasta media noche que volvimos así que nos fuimos contentos
The place is nice but in my opinion, if you pay for a "glamping" it has to be better than a campsite and at the campsite you choose how separate you want to be from others and here you hear the noises of all the neighbors having the space to separate the tents they are beautiful they put everything together.
The price per person was an excess. The price is very high for me, higher than that of a boutique hotel. The experience of the fireflies is super worth it. All staff super friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty until midnight when we returned so we left happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización, fui a celebrar con mi novio una ocasión especial, y no tenían ni siquiera registro de mi reservación hecha con un mes de anticipación! Súper decepcionante que se excusen en que son nuevos y el sistema de reservaciones no lo hacen ellos directamente. Al no tener reservación, ninguna de las actividades que habíamos contratado, estaba programada… como quiera medio le dieron solución en el momento, la cena asquerosa, pésima, CERO romántica, y me cobraron $1500, oigan, ya ni en Italiannis!!! El lugar es lindo y el concepto padrísimo, lástima que la organización está fatal. Definitivamente no valió la pena ni el gasto de los viáticos, ni la estadía, ni nada. Ojalá que si decides ir, tengas una gran experiencia, porque para lo que pagas, deberían cuidar mejor al cliente.
Terrible organization, I went to celebrate a special occasion with my boyfriend, and they didn't even have a record of my reservation made a month in advance! Super disappointing that they excuse themselves that they are new and the reservation system does not do it directly. As we did not have a reservation, none of the activities that we had contracted was scheduled ... however they gave it a solution at the time, the disgusting, lousy, ZERO romantic dinner, and they charged me $ 1500, hey, not even in Italiannis !!! The place is beautiful and the concept is terrific, too bad the organization is terrible. It was definitely not worth the cost of the per diem, or the stay, or anything. Hopefully if you decide to go, you have a great experience, because for what you pay, they should take better care of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente! Fuimos 1 noche en noviembre y a pesar del frío tan intenso, todo muy agradable. Leña suficiente, calentadores eléctricos para dentro de las tiendas de campaña, chilaquiles con arrachera deliciosos en el desayuno, agua caliente para un regaderazo. Muy buena atención.
Excellent! We went 1 night in November and despite the intense cold, everything was very pleasant. Enough firewood, electric heaters for inside the tents, delicious chilaquiles with flank steak for breakfast, hot water for a shower. Excellent atention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, el ambiente súper tranquilo y relajado, los colaboradores son atentos y muy amables, te explican super bien las cosas, están al pendiente de si necesitas algo en todo momento para que tu visita sea más placentera.
Fui en Noviembre 2021, hace demasiado frío, pero te pueden proporcionar un calentador que ayuda bastante para mantener buena temperatura dentro de la tienda.
El desayuno al día siguiente en el comedor, delicioso, sin duda regresaría pero ahora en temporada de luciérnagas que nos dijeron es de junio a agosto o para el recorrido de hongos que sería en septiembre y octubre.
Aún así, para visitar fuera de temporada está excelente si lo que quieres es desconectarte de todo y pasar un excelente día/noche.
Pacha y bombon, 2 perritas super amigables que hacen aún mejor tu estancia. Y chilaquil también

Excellent place, the super quiet and relaxed atmosphere, the collaborators are attentive and very friendly, they explain things to you super well, they are aware of if you need something at all times to make your visit more pleasant.
I went in November 2021, it is too cold, but they can provide you with a heater that helps a lot to maintain a good temperature inside the tent.
Breakfast the next day in the dining room, delicious, I would definitely go back but now in firefly season they told us it is from June to August or for the mushroom tour that would be in September and October.
Even so, to visit out of season is excellent if you want to disconnect from everything and have an excellent day / night.
Pacha and bonbon, 2 super friendly dogs that make your stay even better. And chilaquil too
I would definitely go back.
