★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me toco una muy buena experiencia en este lugar. Después de hablar con el equipo de soporte de apple y decirles mi caso sobre mis beats rotos y numero de serie me mandaron a este lugar. Ya en Glaterum me dijeron que no tenia reparación que si quería comprar uno nuevo lo cual me pareció una burla. Hable a apple de regreso y ellos me dicen que si me debieron haber ayudado en Glaterum.
 I don't have a very good experience in this place. After talking to the apple support team and telling them my case about my broken beats and serial number they sent me to this place. Already in Glaterum they told me that I had no repair if I wanted to buy a new one which seemed like a joke. Talk to apple back and they tell me if they should have helped me at Glaterum.

I have a lot of time with Apple teams and have never met a team with the knowledge and efficiency they gave me here.
It's like going direct with Apple and better. Excellent attention, efficiency, speed. They helped me understand the problem that my computer had, they advised me so that I could solve it in the shortest time. I would love to recommend them to everyone, and not only here, the best service always has to be recognized!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron muy bien, llevé mi Apple Watch 6 porque se murió de repente, al entregarlo le quedaban aprox 10 días de garantía pues aún no cumplía 1 año con el.
Después de casi 2 semanas sin noticias, hoy pasé a recoger uno nuevo y todo fue muy rápido.
Todo excelente, podrían mejorar el seguimiento con el cliente pues si me asusté un poco por lo de los tiempos y la garantía restante.
They treated me very well, I took my Apple Watch 6 because it died suddenly, when I delivered it it had about 10 days of warranty left because it was not yet 1 year old.
After almost 2 weeks without any news, today I stopped by to pick up a new one and everything went very quickly.
All excellent, they could improve the follow-up with the client because I was a little scared by the time and the remaining guarantee.
