★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar varios vidrios y me comentan no tienen entregas por no disponer de un vehículo, aún así los compro y los pago, pero por urgencia les comento pasaré al día siguiente a primera hora, me presento sorpresa no los tienen, la gente que ahí trabaja pues en lugar de ayudar al servicio para que me entregaran mis vidrios se ponen a a platicar y se tardan una hora, todo parece indicar que no hay un responsable, y que el servicio no es muy importante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. A pesar de tener cita, nunca llegaron ni avisaron, tuve que llamar yo para meter presión y que fueran. Posterior a eso tardaron más de una semana en enviar la cotización y después más de un mes para dar seguimiento. Al día de hoy no se han dignado en enviar los datos para el pago y mucho menos agendar la instalación. No los recomiendo en absoluto.
Terrible customer service. Despite having an appointment, they never arrived or warned, I had to call myself to put pressure and to go. After that it took more than a week to send the quote and then more than a month to follow up. As of today, they have not deigned to send the data for payment, let alone schedule the installation. I do not recommend them at all.
