★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!!. Es verdad que manejan muy buenos precios, pero al final, nunca tienen nada. El personal es déspota y te atienden de mala gana e incluso se hacen tontos haciendo otras cosas y no te atienden en cuanto llegas. Me ha tocado esperar hasta dos horas por una esencia.
Appalling!!!. It is true that they handle very good prices, but in the end, they never have anything. The staff is despotic and they treat you reluctantly and even foolishly do other things and do not take care of you as soon as you arrive. I had to wait up to two hours for an essence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente está demasiado descuidada, por la falta de materia prima no los puedo culpar ya que ellos no controlan eso pero el servicio es pésimo, desde personal hablando por teléfono mientras hay clientes esperando hasta el vocabulario que usan entre ellos deja mucho que desear, el personal no está comprometido con la venta, no hay nada que de verdad te quiera hacer regresar pero al ser la única tienda en Monterrey pues no queda de otra.
Espero puedan capacitar correctamente al personal o cambiarlo si no está funcionando
The customer service is too sloppy, for the lack of raw materials I cannot blame them since they do not control that but the service is terrible, from staff talking on the phone while there are customers waiting to the vocabulary they use between them leaves much to be desired , the staff is not committed to the sale, there is nothing that really wants to make you return but being the only store in Monterrey there is no other.
Hope they can properly train the staff or change it if it's not working
