★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con ella y Mapfre tardaron mucho en dar un espejo y no buscan solución para el cliente solo se echan la bolita de uno a otro, buscando su propio beneficio y no ayudar al cliente , la verdad si por mí fuera no lo recomiendo ni regresaría , pero es de los únicos proveedores de Mapfre

Les explico porqué, fui a comprar un parabrisas para mi vehículo y la persona que me atendió, me dijo que si lo tenían pero en una sucursal de Villahermosa y que tardaría tres días en traerlo a Veracruz, les pague el 50% de anticipo para asegurarles el pedido, al pasar los tres días fui a qué me entregaran mi parabrisas y al llegar me atendió otra persona, una mujer prepotente y pedante que no tiene la más mínima idea de lo que es el trato al cliente, dado que me dijo que no lo tenían por qué se les había dañado en el viaje y que tardaría una semana más en traer otro de alguna otra sucursal y que si no quería que me devolvía el dinero por qué no podía hacer otra cosa y me dejó ahí y se dió la vuelta. Al final no me entregaron nada y dos semanas después me llamo otra persona para que fuera y me devolvieran el dinero . Me hicieron perder mi tiempo y mala atencion.
Very bad attention. I explain why, I went to buy a windshield for my vehicle and the person who attended me told me that they did have it but in a branch in Villahermosa and that it would take three days to bring it to Veracruz, I paid them 50% in advance to assure them the order, after three days I went to have my windshield delivered to me and when I arrived I was attended by another person, an arrogant and pedantic woman who has not the slightest idea of what customer service is, since she told me no they had it because it had been damaged on the trip and that it would take another week to bring another one from some other branch and that if he didn't want the money back why couldn't he do anything else and he left me there and turned around . In the end they didn't give me anything and two weeks later another person called me to go and give me my money back. They made me waste my time and bad attention.
